Hi,
I have been browsing some of your posts. It's great that there's someone out there like yourself championing the short story!
I look after a short story website myself www.short-story.net and think yours would be a great read for our visitors and writers, so I hope you don't mind me linking to you?

The short story was and is my "first love". I was steered away for a while by the purity of language in poetry, and then was lead on a long journey to discover the novel. In doing so, I found the short story to be even more powerful. A good short story allows the writer and reader to be present in this world of high technology, and reminds us of our own humanness. Lungamente vive il racconto. May the short story live on.

I fell in love with the art of the short story many years ago but had to take time off to write my memoir, Void of Moon. Now I am thrilled to be back. I am currently a published short story writer. Will you place my name on the list with other short story writers?

Thank you, Denise Falcone

thanks so much for your hard work to encourage new writers. As a fledgling discouraged many years ago, but now fighting back to gain a foothold, I appreciate discovering the supporting community.
